User Content Guidelines

Standards for content you create and share on Objectuve.

Effective date: March 27, 2026

Objectuve lets you create goals, log progress, share updates, and participate in communities. These guidelines explain what content is appropriate across the platform so that Objectuve remains a productive, safe space for everyone.

These guidelines supplement our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Community Guidelines.

Goals and Goal Events

Your goals and check-in updates are the core of your Objectuve experience. When creating goals and logging events:

  • Goal names and descriptions should be clear and sincere. Objectuve is a tool for real progress.
  • Check-in notes should reflect genuine updates on your progress, challenges, or reflections.
  • Do not create goals that promote illegal activity, self-harm, or harm to others.
  • Goals shared in communities are visible to other members. Keep shared content appropriate for a general audience.

Profile Content

Your profile represents you to other Objectuve members. Keep it appropriate:

  • Use a display name that is not offensive, misleading, or impersonating someone else.
  • Profile photos must not contain explicit, violent, or hateful imagery.
  • Bio text should be genuine and relevant. Do not use your bio for advertising or spam.

Community Posts and Comments

When posting in communities, follow the Community Guidelines in addition to these content standards:

  • Posts should add value: share progress, ask questions, offer encouragement, or share relevant insights.
  • Keep language respectful and appropriate for a general audience.
  • Do not post the same content repeatedly across multiple communities.
  • When sharing links, only share resources directly relevant to the community topic.

Images and Media

When uploading images to goals, events, or community posts:

  • Only upload images you have the right to use (your own photos or properly licensed content).
  • Do not upload explicit, graphic, or violent imagery.
  • Do not upload images containing other people without their consent.
  • Do not upload images designed to shock, disturb, or harass others.

The following content is prohibited anywhere on Objectuve and will be removed immediately:

  • Hate speech — content attacking or demeaning individuals or groups based on protected characteristics including race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Sexually explicit material — nudity, pornography, or sexually suggestive content.
  • Violence and threats — content that threatens, glorifies, or incites violence against any person or group.
  • Self-harm content — content that promotes, instructs, or glorifies self-harm or suicide.
  • Illegal content — material that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities.
  • Personal information — sharing someone else's private information (addresses, phone numbers, financial data) without their consent.
  • Spam and commercial solicitation — unsolicited advertising, promotional content, or schemes designed to deceive users.
  • Malware and harmful links — links to malicious software, phishing sites, or deceptive downloads.
  • Impersonation — content designed to deceive others about your identity, including impersonating Objectuve staff.

Intellectual Property

  • Only share content you created or have permission to use.
  • Do not post copyrighted material (articles, books, videos, music) without proper authorization.
  • Give credit when sharing ideas, quotes, or resources from others.

Content Moderation

We review reported content and may proactively screen content to maintain platform quality. Our moderation process includes:

  • User reports via the in-app flag button.
  • Automated screening for clearly prohibited content.
  • Human review for nuanced or contested cases.

Content that violates these guidelines will be removed. Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, your account may be warned, restricted, or suspended per the enforcement process described in our Community Guidelines.

Your Rights to Your Content

You own the content you create on Objectuve. By posting content, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute it within the platform as described in our Terms of Service. You can delete your content at any time. If you delete your account, your content will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
